nice to meet you
My name is Dionna Lee
I’m so glad you’re here.
Outnumbered by Chaos was born in the middle of a life I never planned for.
I know what it feels like to be holding everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.
To be overwhelmed.
To be grieving.
To be trying to stay faithful… while also just trying to survive the day in front of you.
My life changed forever when I lost my husband while pregnant with our third child. In an instant, everything familiar shifted, and I found myself navigating motherhood, grief, and identity loss all at once.
And like many women in survival mode, I kept going.
I pushed through.
I stayed strong for everyone else.
But what I didn’t realize then was that grief doesn’t disappear just because we stay busy.
Years later, after losing my brother, everything I had buried began to surface—emotionally, spiritually, and even physically.
My body was carrying what my heart had never been given space to process.
That season changed everything for me.
It taught me that grief is not only emotional—it is deeply connected to our bodies, our identity, and the way we experience life with God.
And more than anything, it revealed this truth:
You are not meant to carry grief alone.
